Se buscan motivos para sonreír 

No,  ni os habéis equivocado de blog ni hemos cambiado la temática del mismo.  Es sólo que, entre tanta noticia triste y tanto desánimo general, nosotros empezamos a ver por fin el color verde en medio de tanto gris. Así que desde aquí, y para diferenciarnos un poco de todo lo demás, queremos intentar contagiaros de toda nuestra ilusión y nuestras ganas de afrontar una nueva etapa en la historia de Mijas Golf. Hagamos un pequeño paréntesis para lograr creer que, de toda situación difícil, se puede sacar algo positivo.

Y ahora sí, nos centramos en Los Lagos y los últimos avances que han tenido lugar en un proyecto que se encuentra ya rozando la recta final.

Nos encontramos con que, en la primera vuelta, ya está todo prácticamente finalizado; el único trabajo pendiente es acabar de sembrar las calles 5 y 6. Así que se puede decir que, en los primeros nueve hoyos, las labores que se están realizando son básicamente las propias del mantenimiento. También se han terminado de hacer todos los greenes.

Los caminos se pueden ver a lo largo de toda la primera vuelta; en la segunda, los caminos del 13, 14, 10 y 12 están a la mitad, y se está empezando el del 15.

Se está preparando todo para poner en marcha la siembra de las calles 13 y 14; además, la arena está puesta en los bunkers.

Si tenéis un momento y os apetece, podréis comprobar por vosotros mismos las nuevas tonalidades que van inundándolo todo y… ¿Quién sabe?  A lo mejor conseguimos arrancaros una pequeña sonrisa.

Looking for reasons to smile

No, you didn’t get the wrong blog and we didn’t change the subject matter either. It’s just that, among all the sad news and this feeling down-hearted, we are starting to see the green color in the middle of this grayness. So, to make a difference, we would like to transmit you all our enthusiasm and our yearning to enjoy a new stage in Mijas Golf history. We need a break to try to believe that we can take something positive of every hard situation.

And no more digressing! Let’s talk about the latest advance of a project, which is almost at the home straight.

On the first round, we find that everything is nearly finished; we only need to complete the sowing on the fairways of the 5^th and the 6^th. Therefore, we can say that – on the first nine holes – the main works are now concerning the maintenance. All the greens are also concluded.

The paths along the first round have been made; on the second round, we have half the paths on numbers 13, 14, 10 and 12, and we will start to do the one on the 15^th.

Everything is being prepared to begin with the sowing on the 13^th and the 14^th fairways; in addition, there is also sand in all the bunkers.

If you have a moment and you feel like coming, you will have the opportunity to discover these new tonalities coming out from the land…and, who knows? Maybe we can manage to get a little smile out of you.
